STANFORD OUTPATIENT CENTRE
This project involved the retrofit required to support the change of occupancy from offices to medical centres of four vacant existing buildings totalling about 360,000 square feet. The buildings are concrete ductile moment frame structures from the first floor to roof and concrete shear walls below grade.
